One of ssamzane’s signature shirts, available in a variety of colors. The scalloped neckline adds a romantic touch and can either be folded open or buttoned up a bit more. I suggest you click on the fabric composition for each color you’re interested in, as some colors are organic cotton while others are silk.

I’ve been eyeing the blue and white cotton stripe colorway, but alas, my size has never been restocked. The sage green one I’m trying on is 100% silk and feels comparable in quality and weight to my Equipment silk shirts with special details. ssamzane silk shirts also have silk fabric covered buttons, which is a small but luxurious touch compared to typical plastic buttons. The fit was good on me in the 0, and while the sleeves are a little long, they still work well with the sleeves gently squeezed together at the cuffs.

Unfortunately, most dresses designed by ssamzane are only available in sizes 2+. Anyway, I wanted to try this dress on and the 2 felt like it might run a little small TTS, comparable to a size 0 from an American brand like Ann Taylor. It was a little loose on me, but if you typically wear 0-2 or above then this piece would be a beautiful fit and the cut itself is petite friendly!

This dress is made from a quality linen blend in a beautiful plum print and fully lined. The slightly shorter torso length is appealing to petite figures and the waistline is close to my natural waist. There is a small smocked stretch panel centered in the back, plus a back zipper. The size 2 has a 13.25 inch waist, 16 inch bust, and a length of 32 inches. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the sleeve length usually gets longer as you go up in size, so the sleeves on the larger sizes may be too long for petite people.
